Founded by Moosa Swaidan, LKYOOB was established with a clear vision: to deliver private residences with the same level of precision, coordination, and quality found in the world's leading hospitality and luxury developments.
The practice is registered with Dubai Municipality as an engineering consultancy, in the name KYOOB ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY L.L.C, with Construction Engineering Services and Architectural Design Consultancy classified to G+4. Architecture design, interior design, engineering, landscape design, project management and execution oversight are carried by one team under one point of control, so the studio that draws a residence also prepares its authority submissions and oversees the site it is built on. Design is led by Mahra Al Ramlawi, and the studio works across Dubai's established communities and the wider United Arab Emirates, on new villas, complete transformations of existing houses, and penthouse and apartment residences.
LKYOOB is an architecture and engineering company in Dubai whose design portfolio covers new private villas, villa renovation and complete redesigns of existing villas, and penthouse and apartment residences across the United Arab Emirates, with further commissions in the United States. Completed houses are shown as photographs and design studies as labelled visualisations. The studio's own project schedule lists 43 residential commissions, 36 of them in the United Arab Emirates across 20 Dubai communities and 7 in the United States, with 678,397 sq ft of built-up area in all.
